Regional Forum UN on Sustainable Development, parallel session «Tracking and monitoring gender equality funding»

Parallel session at the Regional Forum on Sustainable Development “Tracking and monitoring funding for gender equality” This side event aims to present the current challenges in achieving SDG target 5.c and provide concrete measures to ensure the successful implementation of indicator 5.c.1, which is currently a Tier 2 indicator and needs to be upgraded to the status of Level 1. Speakers will provide examples of how SDG target 5.c. what can be achieved and what needs to be done to make this a reality in all UN Member States.
