By Administrator  Published On 20.10.2022

The guest house “Kazarman Monte” was founded in 2021 on August 10 by a private entrepreneur Kudaibergenova Anara in the Toguz-Toro district of the Jalal-Abad region. In order to develop her business, Anara became a member of the program of the Forum of Women’s NGOs of Kyrgyzstan “Women and Economy”. She learned about the program from the women deputies of her aiyl aimak, who are members of the Forum program
“Participation of women in political processes”.

In October 2021, Anara participated in the Forum’s seminar “Assistance of women’s organizations and women activists to the development of women’s rural entrepreneurship.” Participating in the seminar, Anara received information about the support of women’s entrepreneurship by the Forum of Women’s NGOs of Kyrgyzstan within the framework of its program “Woman and the Economy”, about the state program to support women’s entrepreneurship.
A very important point of the seminar for Anara was the exchange of experience and information on the state of women’s entrepreneurship in the villages of Osh, Jalal-Abad, Chui and Issyk-Kul regions. Anara discussed with other participants of the seminar the issues of cooperation with stakeholders on the development of rural women’s entrepreneurship in her region. She took an active part in the development of a plan for joint work of women entrepreneurs and women deputies of local councils in their region.

During the seminar, Anara met with representatives of the Women’s Entrepreneurship Development Fund. She opened up new opportunities for developing her business through the online platform “Buyfromwomenkg”. In February 2022, Anara registered a guest house on Booking.com and Google maps. After that, Anara took part in the training program of the district business support center to participate in the competition “ Business planning”. Anara applied for the development of a guest house in the amount of 135,000 soms. In June 2022, Anara took an active part in the 2-day training of the Women’s NGO Forum of Kyrgyzstan “Lean start-up and branding in social networks”. As a result
During the training, she understood why branding is important, what social media branding is, how to develop social media branding, and that targeting is an effective sales tool. During the training for the guest house “Kazarman Monte” a logo was developed and
open pages on social networks. The Instagram ad and the guest house logo have greatly increased the number of tourists staying at the guest house.

According to Anara, participation in the program of the Women’s NGO Forum of Kyrgyzstan “Women and the Economy” contributed to the development of her guest house, as she constantly increases her potential by learning, receiving new information, exchanging experiences, creating new connections and participating in joint work of women activists and women deputies of local councils.
