The Central Asian Hub online co-design meetings

The Innovation for Change /I4C Hub and Forum of women’s NGOs of Kyrgyzstan are conduting two online preparatory co-design meetings of the I4C Central Asia Hub members.

Agenda of the online meetings is one the following issues:
(a) Discussion of the future directions and activities of the I4C Central Asian Hub, also including discussions of the implemented activities, successes, achievements, challenges and essons learnt.
(b) Discussion of ways of strengthening cooperation and connections with other I4C regional hubs in the context of the global I4C network transition.

These online preparatory meetings will feed into the Strategic Planning meeting and ensure that the limited time resources at the meeting can be used maximally effectively. The outcome of these online meetings will be disseminated to the I4C CA Hub members by email and will feed into the preparation of the Strategic Planning meeting itself.

Background information
Innovation for Change /I4C Hub is preparing its regional Strategic Planning meeting to be held in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan on 25-27 July 2023. The core objective of this Strategic Planning meeting is to produce a new Strategic Plan for the I4C Central Asia hub for the timeframe 2023-2026.

During the coming strategic planning meeting it is planned to organize at the regional level, (1) a review of the experience from the implemented activities, successes and achievements celebrated and challenges identified, (2) a review of the strategic priorities of the I4C Central Asia hub, (3) adapt the governance model of the I4C Central Asia hub to the new realities (in accordance with the transition of the global network and with the experience of more than 1,5 years of successful operation of the regional Hub’s basic functions with no donor financing), (4) strengthening the leadership of the I4C Central Asia hub in accordance with this new governance model, and (5) strengthening the links between the I4C Central Asia hub and other regional hubs based on the existing experience of collaboration in the network.
