By Administrator  Published On 11.01.2024

From 8 to 10 December, the Forum of Women’s NGOs of Kyrgyzstan organized training for 18 representatives of women’s organizations on the development of project applications for grants. The training was practice-oriented and provided theoretical information on key issues of project development. Information was provided on specific requirements of the grant application and each theoretical part was accompanied by practical experience.

During the training participants worked on such ideas as access to clean drinking water in Kara-Suu district of Osh oblast, conditions for children’s leisure time, access to protection of rights of women and children of migrants who suffered from violence in At-Bashy district of Naryn oblast, unsatisfactory environmental and sanitary condition of the beach in Karakol town of Issyk-Kul oblast, access to additional knowledge, skills and innovative technologies for high school students and youth of Kazarman in Jalal-Abad oblast.

Participants of the training noted that for the first time they gained knowledge and experience in analyzing problems through cause-effect analysis, as well as formulating goals and objectives according to SMART.
