TalpynUp Mentorship Program for Women Entrepreneurs in Central Asia

The TalpynUp mentoring program for women entrepreneurs was launched in Kyrgyzstan on March 5. The regional project was created with the support of the USAID Entrepreneurship and Business Environment Development Project and in partnership with Imperial College London.

Today, it is important to develop the future skills of women entrepreneurs and transform them. Healthy competition and successful business development require knowledge and skills in line with market demands, digitalization and the demands of a new generation of consumers. It is important for women to implement programs like TalpynUP for their development as individuals and to create an eco-system of networking, to scale business initiatives together.

TalpynUp training in the three Central Asian republics will begin on April 20. Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan have 30 grant slots each, and Kazakhstan has 120. Criteria for receiving grants are belonging to the categories of mothers of many children, mothers of children with special developmental needs or under 29 years of age, having a business from 1 to 3 years.

The TalpynUp program is six modules of intensive online training with mentors, business coaches from the Association of Business Coaches and experts from Imperial College London. Entrepreneurial women will learn the skills of successful sales, gain practical knowledge of taxes and finance, learn the intricacies of HR management and much more.

The program consists of three main sections: individual training, masterminds with a mentor and practical sessions with business coaches.

Registration is required to participate in the program:
